Who is in your member pool?+
Vetted singles aged 25–55 across Melbourne and across Victoria. Every member completes an intake call and ID check before they're matched.
Do I have to pay to join?+
No. You can apply free and receive event-only introductions. Paid memberships add a dedicated matchmaker and curated 1:1 dates.

How many matches will I get?+
On Matchmade, 3–4 curated introductions per month. On Concierge, we run an active off-pool search until you find your person.
What if I don't like a match?+
Tell us. Honest feedback after every date is the only way we get sharper.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes, anytime — for travel, life, or a great second date.
Safety & privacy
Will my profile be public?+
Never. Profiles are only seen by your matchmaker and the specific match they suggest, with your consent.
